TSUAK es un licor Shuar, org\u00e1nico y natural que ayuda a cuidar de tu salud fortaleciendo tu sistema inmunol\u00f3gico. Carmen Mashumar, una de las cofundadoras del Centro Cultural Shuar, elabor\u00f3 cuidadosamente este licor con su conocimiento ancestral de plantas medicinales en 2019. Esta planta ha sido parte de nuestro patrimonio cultural durante generaciones; se ha utilizado con fines gastron\u00f3micos, como acompa\u00f1amiento para carnes, pescados, caldos y m\u00e1s.
